Our History
AMAANA came to fruition when eight brothers began a discussion to officially form an organization to help the future generations not only sustain their Islamic identity but to maintain pride and knowledge of their Ghanaian heritage.
Our mission is to uphold the principles of the Quran and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad in promoting the welfare of our members and the broader community.
Connecting Lives
Mission & Vision
At AMAANA, we are driven by a commitment to nurturing strong familial bonds, fostering unity, and resolving conflicts peacefully. Our mission is rooted in the teachings of Islam, which emphasize the importance of compassion, justice, and mutual respect in all aspects of life.
We envision a world where every individual is supported, respected, and empowered to thrive within their families and communities. Through our work, we aspire to create a society characterized by love, understanding, and cooperation, guided by the timeless wisdom of the Quran and the exemplary life of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
